Regulamin aplikacji Bitzu

2. Czym jest Bitzu

Bitzu to aplikacja do nauki zagadnień IT w formie krótkich lekcji i ćwiczeń, z elementami grywalizacji: punktami doświadczenia, seriami dni nauki, ligami, osiągnięciami i walutą wewnętrzną (Bity).

4. Wersja darmowa i Premium

5. Subskrypcja Premium

  • Gdzie kupujesz. Subskrypcję kupujesz wyłącznie przez App Store (Apple) albo Google Play. Stroną transakcji płatniczej jest sklep, a nie my. Nie przyjmujemy płatności bezpośrednio i nie przechowujemy danych Twojej karty.
  • Ceny. Aktualną cenę i okres rozliczeniowy widzisz na ekranie zakupu, w Twojej walucie, przed potwierdzeniem. Ceny zawierają należne podatki naliczane przez sklep.
  • Automatyczne odnawianie.
Uprawnienie do okresu próbnego ocenia sklep; przysługuje ono raz.
  • Anulowanie. Subskrypcję anulujesz w ustawieniach subskrypcji swojego konta w App Store lub Google Play. Anulowanie wyłącza kolejne odnowienie; dostęp do Premium trwa do końca opłaconego okresu. W Aplikacji znajdziesz skrót do tego ekranu.
  • Zmiany cen. O zmianie ceny obowiązującej przy kolejnym odnowieniu poinformujemy z wyprzedzeniem, zgodnie z zasadami sklepu. Brak akceptacji nowej ceny oznacza możliwość anulowania subskrypcji przed odnowieniem.
  • Wiele urządzeń. Premium jest przypisane do Twojego konta Bitzu, a zakup do Twojego konta w sklepie. Po ponownej instalacji użyj funkcji przywracania zakupów.

6. Zwroty i prawo odstąpienia

7. Bity, energia i inne elementy wirtualne

9. Treści użytkowników, zgłoszenia i moderacja

Decyzję dopasowujemy do wagi i powtarzalności naruszenia.

Uzasadnienie i odwołanie. Odwołanie rozpatruje człowiek, a odpowiedź dostaniesz e-mailem.

10. Prawa do Aplikacji

Aplikacja, jej kod, materiały edukacyjne, grafiki i marka Bitzu są chronione prawem autorskim i pozostają naszą własnością lub własnością naszych licencjodawców. Otrzymujesz osobiste, niezbywalne, odwoływalne prawo do korzystania z Aplikacji na własnych urządzeniach, wyłącznie do użytku niekomercyjnego.

11. Reklamy

12. Dostępność i zmiany usługi

15. Reklamacje i spory

Bitzu Terms of Service

Version 1.0Effective 16 September 2026 · last updated 16 September 2026

These terms govern your use of the Bitzu mobile application (the App), including the paid Premium subscription. You accept these terms when you sign in, before your account is created: the sign-in screen links to these terms and to the Privacy Policy. Both documents are also available in the App (Settings → Privacy) and at bitzuapp.com, where you can save or print them at any time. Newsletter consent is separate from accepting these terms.

1. Provider

  • Dominik Sienicki
  • Address: ul. Stanisława Moniuszki 27, 18-300 Zambrów, Poland
  • Tax ID (NIP): 7231646326
  • Contact: contact@bitzuapp.com

2. What Bitzu is

Bitzu teaches IT topics through short lessons and exercises, with gamification: experience points, daily streaks, leagues, achievements and an in-app currency (Bits).

The App is educational. It is not career advice and it does not guarantee that you will pass any exam or obtain any industry certification. Certification and technology names belong to their owners and are used descriptively only.

Technical requirements. To use the App you need: a phone or tablet running iOS 15.0 or later or Android 7.0 or later, internet access (without it you cannot sign in, save progress or use the social features), a Google or Apple account, and a web browser to open the legal documents. Buying Premium requires an App Store or Google Play account.

3. Your account

  • An account is required and is created by signing in with Google or Apple.
  • The App is intended for people aged 16 and over. By creating an account you confirm that you are at least 16.
  • You are responsible for access to your store account and your sign-in provider. Each person may hold only one account.
  • Your username must be unique and must not be offensive, impersonate anyone or infringe anyone's rights. We may refuse or change such a name.
  • You can delete your account in the App (Profile → Settings → Delete account) or by email, following the instructions at bitzuapp.com/delete-account. Deleting the account erases your learning progress, does not cancel your store subscription and does not refund a paid period.

4. Free tier and Premium

The core learning content is free and supported by ads, with a daily energy allowance that limits how many mistakes you can make. A Premium subscription removes ads and the energy limit and unlocks courses and material marked as Premium. The exact Premium benefits are listed on the purchase screen in the App and may change as the App evolves.

5. Premium subscription

  • Where you buy. Subscriptions are sold only through the App Store (Apple) or Google Play. The payment contract is with the store, not with us. We never take payment directly and never store your card details.
  • Prices. The current price and billing period are shown on the purchase screen, in your currency, before you confirm. Prices include the taxes the store applies.
  • Automatic renewal. The subscription renews automatically for a further period unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. The store charges you within the 24 hours before each new period starts.
  • Free trial. Where a plan includes a free trial, it converts into a paid subscription automatically at the end of the trial unless you cancel first. Trial eligibility is decided by the store and is granted once.
  • Cancelling. Cancel in the subscription settings of your App Store or Google Play account. Cancelling stops the next renewal; Premium remains active until the end of the period you have paid for. The App links to that screen.
  • Price changes. We will tell you in advance about a price that applies from your next renewal, following the rules of the store. If you do not accept it, cancel before the renewal date.
  • Multiple devices. Premium belongs to your Bitzu account and the purchase to your store account. After reinstalling, use restore purchases.

6. Refunds and right of withdrawal

Subscriptions are sold by Apple (App Store) or Google (Google Play), and the store is the party to the sales contract. Refunds and the right of withdrawal available to consumers in the European Union are therefore handled by the store, under its own rules and on the terms it shows at purchase: Apple through reportaproblem.apple.com, Google through Google Play. We have no access to your payment and cannot refund it ourselves.

This does not limit any rights you have as a consumer under mandatory law.

7. Bits, energy and other virtual items

  • Bits, energy, streaks, achievements and in-app items are game mechanics and a licence to use them inside the App, not your property.
  • They have no monetary value and cannot be exchanged for cash, sold or transferred outside the App. Bits cannot be bought with money: you earn them only by learning.
  • We may change how they are earned, how many there are and what they do, including to balance the game. Unused Bits are lost when the account is deleted.

8. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

  • circumvent payment, the energy limit or advertising, including by modifying the App or its network traffic,
  • automate answering exercises or artificially inflate points, streaks or league position,
  • bulk-download App content or republish it elsewhere,
  • post unlawful, abusive or harassing content in the social parts of the App, or content that infringes the rights of others,
  • use the App in a way that disrupts its operation or the safety of other users.

Breaking these rules may lead to a warning, the removal of unfairly gained results, suspension or deletion of the account. Where an account is removed for a serious breach, a paid subscription is not refunded beyond what the law requires.

9. User content, reports and moderation

You are responsible for the content you post: your display name and username, profile bio, comments and reactions in the activity feed, squad names, and the text of your reports, including reports of errors in questions. You grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to display it inside the App as far as needed to run the service.

Reporting. Report a post, comment, profile or faulty question in the App using the "Report" option next to it. Anyone, including people without an account, can report content they believe is illegal by writing to contact@bitzuapp.com: say where it is, explain why it is illegal and give your contact details. You can also block another user at any time.

How we moderate. Reports are reviewed by a person. The only automated measure is a filter that rejects offensive usernames. If content breaks the law or these terms, we may remove it, change a name, reset unfairly gained results, restrict social features, or suspend or delete the account, depending on how serious and repeated the breach is.

Reasons and appeals. If we remove your content or restrict your account, we will tell you by email at your account address what we did, on what basis (the law or the section of these terms) and which facts we relied on. That message also sets out the redress available to you: an appeal to us and the courts. You can appeal within 6 months by writing to contact@bitzuapp.com; a person reviews the appeal and we reply by email. Whether or not you appeal, you can bring your claim before the competent court. If you gave an email address in a report, we will tell you when it has been handled. We do not promise a fixed response time, but reports of illegal content are prioritised.

Point of contact. Our single point of contact for users (Art. 12 of the Digital Services Act, DSA) and for EU Member State authorities, the European Commission and the European Board for Digital Services (Art. 11 DSA) is contact@bitzuapp.com. We communicate in Polish and English.

10. Rights in the App

The App, its code, learning material, artwork and the Bitzu brand are protected by copyright and remain ours or our licensors. You receive a personal, non-transferable, revocable right to use the App on your own devices for non-commercial purposes.

11. Advertising

The free tier shows ads, including rewarded ads you may watch voluntarily in exchange for energy. How data is processed for advertising is described in the Privacy Policy. Premium removes ads.

12. Availability and changes

We aim to keep the App available but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may carry out maintenance and may change, add or retire features and courses. If we permanently reduce the scope of Premium in a material way, we will give notice and let you cancel.

We may discontinue the service. If we do, we will give at least 30 days' notice, stop selling new subscriptions and explain how to cancel yours. For a paid but unused period: if you bought through Google Play, we will refund the proportional part of the price through Google Play; if you bought through the App Store, only Apple can grant refunds, so we will explain how to request one at reportaproblem.apple.com. This does not limit your consumer rights.

13. Liability

We are responsible for the App and its digital content conforming to the contract as provided by law, in particular consumer protection law. We prepare the learning content carefully, but we are not responsible for exam results or career decisions based on it. Nothing here limits liability for intent, gross negligence, personal injury, or your mandatory consumer rights.

14. Changes to these terms

We will announce material changes in the App or by email at least 14 days in advance. Continuing to use the App after they take effect means you accept them. If you do not, you can delete your account and cancel your subscription.

15. Complaints and disputes

Send complaints about the App to support@bitzuapp.com. We reply within 14 days. Complaints about the payment itself go to the store you bought from.

Polish law applies, without prejudice to the mandatory law of your country of habitual residence if you are a consumer.

As a consumer you may use out-of-court complaint and redress procedures. In Poland you can ask a district or municipal consumer ombudsman (rzecznik konsumentów) or the Trade Inspection for free help; information and the list of approved bodies are published by the Office of Competition and Consumer Protection (uokik.gov.pl). Consumers in other EU countries can contact the European Consumer Centre in their country.

16. Store provisions

Apple and Google are not parties to these terms and are not responsible for the App or for handling complaints about it. Your use of the App is also subject to the rules of the store you obtained it from.

If you downloaded the App from the App Store, we license it to you under Apple's standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement. These terms supplement it; for the licence to use the App, warranty and claims involving Apple, Apple's agreement prevails. Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of that agreement and may enforce it against you.

17. Contact
